It's Amazing

Well... Allie and her team had their last game last night... and let me tell you.. I have never been so nervous in my entire life. Even while I was playing the 3 billion sports that I played.  I was never as nervous as last night.  I was to the point that I was shaking so bad that I could barely keep score and I thought I was going to get sick.  The girls played well but the other team was huge and they could hit [well some of them].  Our girls were winning like 9-3 at one point and slowly but surely it was the bottom of the 7th inning and Perry scored 3 runs to send us into the International Tie breaker which makes both teams start off with the last recorded batter on second base. So needless to say Allie was up first in the top of the 8th. If I remember correctly I think she either walked or struck out looking.  We scored 3 runs in the top of the inning and then perry came up to bat.  Allie wasn't really getting any good calls.  The ump wasn't giving her any of her corners.  She had to throw right down the middle [she seemed to be doing something weird last night to cause everything to be outside] or it was a ball.  Well anyways we ended up winning the game 12-11 and finished the season up 13-1.  

This is where it gets good.  At the end of the game when the teams line up and say good game, the coach that was coaching first for Perry went through our entire line and told all of our girls "Merry Christmas." Well Phil Forshey heard that and he looked at him and said wow nice comment coach, and they started jawing each other and then my uncle steve stepped in and called the other coach a screw ball.  We also found out that the other team likes to cheat and on of their games they brought up a 12 year old pitcher to pitch for them and it was still during her season of 12u which in the rule book is illegal and should have caused them to forfit so many games.  So needless to say they like to play to win but they cheat to do it and when they lose they cry and complain

Softball??

So I was all excited that the softball game was going to be on at noon, yeah well I didnt realize that it meant Noon in Bejing China not the United States, so when I was almost asleep last night, I was still kinda flipping through channels and found softball... So I ran out to the living room and recorded all of the softball games just incase I couldn't make it until midnight every night. It was an absolute bloe out... In either the 2nd or 3rd inning, one of our girls got hit by a pitch, and then Natasha Watley the leadoff batter blasted a 2 run home run over the center field fence. After that Caitlin Lowe came up and hit a ball over the Left Fielders head and ended up getting an in the park home run off of it. Then in the following inning Crystal Bustos led off with a solo shot... yeah so needless to say Team USA won 11-0 =]

This Cat Osterman Jersey. The one she actually wore, everything from the breast cancer awareness game from all of the players is up on E-Bay to bid on, I wish I had a lot of money because I would totally buy this, not only because I want it, but because the money is for a good cause...
But I don't have $1,125.


P.S. No babysitting for me tomorrow!!!

softball...
we played our last two games of the season today..
we won both games...
did pretty good I suppose...
picked off 3 people trying to steal..
I struck out 3 times in the first game, and popped out..
the second game... I doubled, popped out, doubled, and struck out...
I guess thats not horrible, but it's not good either...

So now that softball is over, I think I can say summer has kinda started..
I just have to go to school for 11 more days, and then...
SWEET SUMMERTIME
I am so excited =]
I can't wait to just hang out with my friends all day long, and just do what I want.. not have to worry about being home at any specific time because I have to get up and go to school in the morning.

because Minerva was horrible..
so bad that we batted through out line up twice
in two different innings...
and in the first inning we sent 13 batters up to the plate...
and we won like 26-0...
it was worse than practice..
and since we won by so much
we don't have practice tomorrow!!
